Awakening to the Cosmic Heart

“THERE are no isolated islands in an electric universe, from the smallest particle to the largest galactic formation.

“A web of electrical circuitry connects and unifies all of nature, organizing galaxies, energizing stars, giving birth to planets.”

On our own world, agreeing with Theosophy, David Talbott and Wallace Thornhill assert”this electric web is controlling weather and animating biological organisms.” (Thunderbolts of the Gods)

Astronomers like to believe the Sun is a glowing nuclear furnace. And, “that galaxies are clouds of hydrogen gas and intergalactic dust,” Stephen Smith notes in his article The Filamentary Firmament, and they “were assembled by gravity until they coalesced into swarms of glowing thermonuclear fires.”

“The Electric Universe theory,” Smith says, “is opposed to the idea of galaxies condensed from cold, inert hydrogen.”

“Strands of magnetically confined plasma can be seen throughout the cosmos,” Smith argues: “In an Electric Universe, every body in the Solar System, along with every star and galaxy, is charged with electricity and exists within a plasma environment.”

The Secret Doctrine, likewise, establishes an electric universe. And also that our Sun,  driven by electricity and magnetism like all Suns, is the true heart of the solar system.

Radically at odds with modern cosmologists, it also considers gravity a secondary terrestrial law, an effect of the former rather than a cause.

“The law of gravitation has no right to be referred to as an universal law,” Blavatsky wrote (1:490-498): “They call Gravity a law, a cause in itself. We call the forces acting under that name effects, and very secondary effects, too. One day it will be found that the scientific hypothesis does not answer after all.”

“Today, nothing is more important to the future and credibility of science than liberation from the gravity-driven universe,” say Talbott and Thornhill: “A mistaken supposition has not only prevented intelligent and sincere investigators from seeing what would otherwise be obvious, it has bred indifference to possibilities that could have inspired the sciences for decades.”

Electric Universe

The True Sun

The occult science of The Secret Doctrine goes a step further, maintaining that the universe and everything in it — galaxies, suns, planets and stars — is conscious each on their own plane and way. This consciousness is an aspect derived from the cosmic, universal consciousness, it is taught, and is the source supply for every being in nature: atom, crystal, daisy, firefly, and man.

The ancient symbol of Deva-Matri “is very properly called ‘The Mother of the Gods,'” says Blavatsky — “Deva-Matri — it is from her Cosmic matrix that all the heavenly bodies of our system were born — Sun and Planets.”

“Our Sun is only a reflection
of the Central Spiritual Sun.”

Energy Focus

The True Sun is what Blavatsky calls “The Central Spiritual Sun,” of which our sun is a “lens” or reflection, a focus of energy, she asserts.The old teaching was revealed first in Isis Unveiled: “None of the ancients, the sun-worshipers included,

“…regarded our visible sun otherwise than as an emblem of their metaphysical invisible central sun-god.”

Primordial Life

Such was the enlightened belief of centuries of wise teachers, long before our fighting and trading materialist civilizations were born.

The Hermeticist’s views, which put them at odds with the Church, saw the universe as one coherent organism pervaded by a uniting life-giving spirit — the Cosmic Mother’s primordial energy.

Scientists will be driven out of their position, Blavatsky says in The Secret Doctrine (1:620):- “not by spiritual, theosophical, or any other physical or even mental phenomena — but simply by the enormous gaps and chasms that open daily, and will still be opening before them,

as one discovery follows the other, until they are finally knocked off their feet by the ninth wave of simple common sense.”

For PARACELSUS, an alchemist and practicing astrologer, the Sun of our universe corresponded to its Heart — the visible and invisible life giver and sustainer of the world.

The heart, according to Theosophy, corresponds to the Sun, emanates the largest and strongest field in the body, just as the Sun does in its “body” – our Universe.

The Life Currents

“The real substance of the concealed (Sun) is a nucleus of Mother substance,” the secret commentary explains:- “It is the heart and the matrix of all the living and existing Forces in our solar universe. It is the Kernel from which proceed to spread on their cyclic journeys all the powers:

“…that set in action the atoms in their functional duties, and the focus within which they again meet in their SEVENTH ESSENCE every eleventh year.”

A Divine Web

The Commentary further teaches that “the Sun is the store-house of Vital Force, which is the Noumenon of Electricity — and “it is from its mysterious, never-to-be-fathomed depths,

“…that issue those life currents which thrill through Space, as through the organisms of every living thing on Earth.”

“As its substance is of a different kind from that known on earth, the inhabitants seeing through it, believe in their illusion and ignorance that it is empty space,” says The Secret Doctrine. And further:

“There is not one finger’s breath (angula) of void Space in the whole Boundless Universe…”

Divine Substance

That nourishing divine substance-principle, in all its fullness, Man included, was what the Ancients called ‘God’. “The fundamental Law in that system, says The Secret Doctrine, “the central point from which all emerged, around and toward which all gravitates, and upon which is hung the philosophy of the rest,

 is the One homogeneous divine Substance-Principle, the one radical cause.”

“Father-Mother spin a web whose upper end is fastened to spirit — the light of the one darkness — H. P. Blavatsky wrote — and the lower one to its shadowy end, matter — and this web is the universe spun out of the two substances made in one.”

Further – “It is the omnipresent Reality: impersonal, because it contains all and everything…

“It is latent in every atom in the Universe, and is the Universe itself. The Universe is the periodical manifestation of this unknown Absolute Essence.”

A Theosophic View

“The Sun is the heart of the Solar World (System) and its brain is hidden behind the (visible) Sun,” writes Blavatsky, and “From thence, sensation is radiated into every nerve-centre of the great body:

“… and the waves of the life-essence flow into each artery and vein … the planets are its limbs and pulses.”

“Occult philosophy denies that the Sun is a globe in combustion, but defines it simply as a world, a glowing sphere, the real Sun being hidden behind, and the visible being only its reflection, its shell.”

“The Nasmyth willow leaves [now called sun spots] … are the reservoirs of solar vital energy, ‘the vital electricity that feeds the whole system …

“The Sun in abscondito [is] the storehouse of our little Kosmos, self-generating its vital fluid, and ever receiving as much as it gives out.”

“…and the visible Sun only a window cut into the real Solar palace and presence, which reflects, however, faithfully the interior work. (Secret Doctrine 1:541).”

Astronomers may be slowly catching up
with The Secret Doctrine.

“Theosophy holds that as our solar system orbits the centre of the galaxy, it also revolves around a ‘central sun’ or ‘raja-sun’ (just as the moon orbits the earth while both of them orbit our own sun). The central sun is located in the constellation Hercules.”

Cosmic DNA

Now, astronomers have discovered a powerful magnetic field at the galactic center. The UCLA News Room stated:

“It has the energy equivalent
of 1,000 supernovae.”

More incredible, the UCLA article notes, “Astronomers report an unprecedented elongated double helix nebula near the center of our Milky Way galaxy.”

“We see two intertwining strands wrapped around each other as in a DNA molecule.”

“Nobody has ever seen anything like that before in the cosmic realm,” said Mark Morris, a UCLA professor of physics and astronomy. What we see indicates a high degree of order.”

The Awakening

“The Core Rainbow is the personification of the various manifestations and frequencies of The Cosmic Heart.
